The Antediluvian (Defy the Gods Playbook)

The Antediluvian is a playbook for Defy the Gods. You will need the rules of Defy the Gods to use this playbook. 

You are the elder - in fact, the oldest person ever, one who discovered the secret of immortality. You have lived eons under the thumb of the World Forces - you and one immortal companion, with a complicated relationship - until you embraced these "young" adventurers. How long can you defy the World Forces before they strip away your immortality? How do you grapple with  your companion's entangled heart, which is one with your own? What legacy will you leave when your well of immortal power runs dry?                                                                                                                                                              

Content warnings: references to "the flood myth" or "the deluge myth;" violence and wounds; aging and death; ageism; body horror; watching or being close to someone dying; death rites; inheritance and passing on of personal items; implications of a toxic or codependent relationship; "serpent" referenced in a character creation option; magical exploration of someone's heart; magically transmitted grief
